Today, we are thrilled to share a kitchen interior photoshoot we recently did for Inhabit. This project took us to the heart of Dubai, to a villa in the prestigious Damac Hills community. The challenge? Transforming a small kitchen space into a masterpiece of design and functionality. With clever ideas, a carefully chosen color palette, and innovative space-saving solutions, this renovation exceeded all expectations.
The kitchen in this Damac Hills villa was undoubtedly small, but our talented team at Inhabit proved that limitations can spark creativity. The goal was to maximize every inch of the space and turn it into a kitchen that was not only practical but also exuded elegance.
One of the first decisions in this renovation was the color palette. The team opted for a combination of brass, golds, and soft almond shades. This choice not only added a touch of opulence but also created a warm and inviting atmosphere in the kitchen.
In a small kitchen, every piece of furniture needs to serve a purpose. The island in this renovation was the epitome of functionality and style. It housed a pull-out trash bin and dishwasher, eliminating the need for unsightly appliances cluttering the countertop. Moreover, the island also served as a breakfast bar, creating an intimate space for quick meals and socializing.
One of the most remarkable features of this renovation was the clever redesign of the space under the stairs. Instead of being wasted or used for mere storage, it was transformed into a full utility unit. This ingenious idea maximized the kitchen's functionality, offering ample storage space and making household chores a breeze.
To further enhance the ambiance of the kitchen, the team carefully selected lighting fixtures and accessories that complemented the color palette and design theme. The strategic placement of brass and gold accents added an air of luxury to the space.
The small kitchen renovation in this Damac Hills villa is a testament to the power of creativity and innovation in interior design. With a well-thought-out color palette, multifunctional island, and the ingenious use of space under the stairs, this project showcases that even the most compact spaces can be transformed into stunning and functional areas.
Remember, no space is too small for a touch of elegance and innovation!
